General:

• All tours are conducted in English by government licensed guides and in air-conditioned vehicles.
• Tourists are obliged to follow the instructions of the tour guide or any other representative of the Company. 
• Tourists who decide to leave the tour in the middle before it is completed will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
• In the event that the tourist is late, the tour leader may at his discretion continue the tour. All expenses incurred due to the tourist’s delay will be covered by the tourist and he will not be entitled to claim compensation.
• Prices include entrance fees. 
• The prices quoted do not include meals except where specified or tips.
• The tour does not include airfare, travel insurance, medical insurance and Covid tests if needed.
• To ensure fast pick-up and drop-off a change of vehicle may be required.
• Alumah Premium Tours is not responsible for the loss or damage to any belongings during the tour. If a lost item was found, it will be in the lost and found office in Jerusalem and it is the tourist’s responsibility to come and pick it up.
• Tourists should be waiting at the pickup point at the earliest time indicated. Late passengers will be considered as a non-show passenger.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to stay with the group during the tour. Separation from the group will be at the tourist’s expense.
• Tour itinerary may be changed due to force majeure or weather conditions. 
• Your credit card details and personal information are highly secured.
• Your card is charged while booking the tour. If the card was not charged, the tour is not booked.

Cancellation policy:

• 25% charge for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to tour.
• There will be no refund for cancellations on the day of the tour.
• There will be no refund for non show on the day of the tour.
• There are no car seats or boosters for babies or toddlers on the bus.
• VAT tax will be added to Israeli citizens according to law.

 

Prices:

• There is no charge for children up to 3 years old.
• A child up to 12 years – 25% discount
• 10% discount for students with an international student card.
